The new IRISbox: simpler, smarter

The online one-stop shop IRISbox just keeps on getting better. Several new features have now been introduced to make it even simpler and more user-friendly.

IRISbox is your passport for access to over 350 different forms, 24/7, including some for use by companies! The online one-stop shop now offers the 4 same identification methods as Tax-on-Web. Its interface now adapts to all screen sizes, including those of tablets! For even more flexible usability, IRISbox also adjusts to everyone’s way of working by offering navigation according to theme (particular public service, procedure).

This Wednesday 26/10/2016 a communication campaign is being launched to inform the public about all these new features. A video spot will be visible on the IRISbox homepage and the one-stop shop will benefit from online and metro adverts (starting on 15 November) for two years.

Now’s the time to discover IRISbox!

In addition, booths will offer citizens the opportunity to discover how to use IRISbox. Demonstrations will be organised in local public service offices in Anderlecht, Forest, Ixelles and Jette:

• Anderlecht (Rue Van Lint, 8), 26/10 – 02/11 inclusive (except on 1 November);
• Forest (Rue du Patinage, 30), 26/10 – 03/11 inclusive (except on 31 October and 1 November);
• Ixelles Chaussée d'Ixelles, 168A), 26/10 – 03/11 inclusive (except on 31 October and 1 November);
• Jette (Chaussée de Wemmel, 100), 31/10 – 08/11 inclusive (except on 1 and 2 November).
