Installation of beacons in tunnels to enable Waze-type applications to recognise location in tunnels, an idea suggested by Laurent (Brussels)

Some applications (Waze, etc.) can use beacons installed in tunnels to improve precision and assist guidance (exit identification) in tunnels.
