The BRIC organises five free coding training sessions for women

03 October 2018

As part of the Women Code Festival on 9-15 October, the Brussels Regional Informatics Centre (BRIC), together with bedigital and smartcity.brussels, is organising and sponsoring five special coding training sessions for women free of charge. These are introductory sessions, during which the basics of coding will be taught using games and applications.

With this initiative, the Centre hopes to increase women’s awareness of coding and programming and encourage them to train in ICT and STEM subjects. The workshop will take place at the following five locations, which are Public Digital Spaces (PDS) in Brussels.
