Bruxelles Formation enables Brussels’ citizens to promote their computer skills free-of-charge through TOSA certificates
As part the missions assigned to it by decree, Bruxelles Formation puts particular emphasis on identifying and certifying job seekers’ skills. Among the various services and systems contributing to this objective, special attention is given to developing the possibilities of certifying online training, especially in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT).
That is why Bruxelles Formation has offered the possibility since June 2018 to promote the digital skills of Brussels’ citizens through TOSA certifications.
The TOSA (Test On Software Applications) is the first evaluation and certification standard of computer skills. The tests are adaptive and are based on a scoring method that can be used to assess all levels, from beginner to expert.
The TOSA is a bridge between the education and training worlds and employment.
