Create local FabLabs in each municipality, with possibly a specialisation per site to avoid the overlap of more specific investments (textiles, wood, metals, cutting, turning, etc..). An idea suggested by Alain (Ixelles)
Promote the use of them by all citizens, starting for example with secondary school students by organising production activities around unifying projects (such as for example the supervised production of furniture for a library by all classes, dividing up the production of the pieces - in this case, there is a project management dimension).
Through this means, recreate a manufacturing culture within the city, promote exchanges and the promotion of business creation.
