Promote public transport in businesses

Grant a salary bonus when an employee uses public transport, but impose a tax on motorists which would be paid directly and in full to the SNCB/STIB/De Lijn.

Grant a salary bonus when an employee uses public transport to commute (and prove every day that this means of transport has been used by using an app for example), but impose a tax if the employee has taken the car that day. This tax would be paid directly and in full to the SNCB/STIB/De Lijn (depending on the region this employee lives) and this money would fund new lines or a better service in the regions concerned.
