Get rid of ugly contemporary architecture

Turn Brussels into a beautiful city on a human scale (again)

Demolish all tower blocks higher than 30 metres and replace them with passive buildings (NOT those ubiquitous white boxes, but proper buildings with curved outlines, cut stone, wrought iron, proper traditional Horta-style townhouses). And as many green spaces as possible with trees growing IN the soil!
