Butt bins that reward

Install butt bins that reward those who throw their butts in it

In order to encourage people to throw their cigarette butts (this principle could be applied to other types of rubbish), rewarding works better than punishing. The idea is to install bins (perhaps mobile ones which could be transported to events) which thank you when you throw your cigarette butt in them and give back a reward. I am referring to non-material prizes (for example, a 1-month Villo card) and the chance of winning would have to be defined (1/1000 for exemple).

Furthermore, it would also encourage people in general, others would throw away butts just to have a crack at winning.

It would be a good way to help our region's cleaning staff with street maintenance.
