Brussels is a dynamic City, registering address should be easier procedure, an idea suggested by Ahmad (Anderlecht)
To be able to have a Smart City like Brussels, merging very different and international cultures, paying Taxes and working in Brussels, changing / Registering address should be much easier. In Holland this is applicable, Why not in Brussels.
We can save time and make it more efficient than requiring you to be there before 8 am to have a ticket!
I can send some e-mails at work already and close deals, our work connect to the world from all Asia to Africa to the Americas, and i don't have time to waste on laws that doesn't fit within a very dynamic, busy, smart city/ world.
Hope you would make more things and transactions using the internet instead of being present by yourself.
