Fluicity is the municipality of Etterbeek’s citizen participation mobile app.
With this free tool, residents of Etterbeek can make their own contributions towards their local community. The app allows them to give opinions on projects of the municipal authority, other citizens or associations, suggest their own ideas, raise issues, and much more.
Fluicity is already being used in several cities and regions, mainly in France. After registering, choose Etterbeek municipality in the app itself.
The app is available to download for free from the Google Play Store or from the Apple App Store. If you don't have a tablet or smartphone, you can register via the Fluicity website (
www.flui.city) by clicking on the link on the municipality’s website.
