In the Brussels-Capital Region, the IRISbox one-stop shop offers dozens of online procedures, both at municipal and regional level.
Examples include applying for a parking card, declaring a change of address or applying for a household composition.
All these procedures can be accessed via a computer, tablet or smartphone.
In order to raise awareness among Brussels administrations and public services of the need to simplify the administration while ensuring digital inclusion, easy.brussels has committed itself for the period 2020-2025 to achieving several objectives in its administrative simplification plan, the easy way.
On the one hand, the development and implementation of a training and support strategy for administrative agents involved in simplification who are on the front line of service provision to users. On the other hand, participation in the digital appropriation plan for the Brussels-Capital Region by ensuring that administrative procedures and processes integrate all users in a comprehensive manner.
It is within the framework of the "DAP" and its project n°2 "Raising awareness of administrations" that easy.brussels, in partnership with ERAP, will organise training courses for local civil servants from 2022, focusing on digital tools.
In addition to these training courses, various support materials have been created by easy.brussels and are available to you, with the aim of providing users with the best possible support.
