Local and regional staff trained in e-government

Training and supporting frontline public servants in e-government is the objective of challenge 5 of the Easy Way, led by easy.brussels.

Regional and local government officials will now be able to acquire knowledge around 3 themes, available via the training catalogs of the Regional School of Public Administration (ERAP) and Talent.brussels:
  • the virtual counters of public administrations ;
  • authentication methods at the virtual counters of public administrations;
  • the accompaniment of users facing the digital divide, based on practical cases.

  • To ensure a quality service to the user
  • To equip agents in order to offer information adapted to users
  • To be aware of the digital divide and the evolution of digitalization
  • Understand and use virtual counters
  • Understand and use authentication methods
  • Strengthen the digital skills of agents
