Paradigm, which is in charge of the link between the digital inclusion sector and the Government and synchronising digital inclusion actions at the regional level, and with the other federated entities, has done everything possible to fully meet its commitments in 2022, i.e. to ensure that ALL Brussels residents have digital skills and benefit from all the opportunities it offers, whether in terms of employment, education, purchasing power, social ties or emancipation!
What can we take away from 2022 in the 2021-2024 Digital Appropriation Plan? Which work has been particularly noteworthy this year?
Increase in the number of certified DPSs, training on digital public services for multimedia facilitators, creation of a study on the profile of DPS users, participation in a number of events, definition of a multimedia facilitator profile, development of a charter of ethics, organisation of the "digital bank" action in collaboration with Febelfin, etc. There has been no lack of progress!
