Dog park

29 January 2018

More enclosed spaces in the centre of Brussels to let your dog exercise off-leash and play with other dogs, an idea suggested by Isaie (Brussels)

The centre of Brussels has hardly any fenced areas where you can let a dog off the leash and allow it to play or run for a while. In Parc de Bruxelles/Warandepark, for example, two large pits are currently being used by drug users and for waste disposal. Why not change this into an enclosed area for dogs? It will create a new spot where you can get to know the local residents and it will provide social control. The only work that needs to be done is to put up a fence. The same could be done at many other places in Brussels.
