These centres are at least on contact with your supplier of electricity, telephony, water, etc. But they can also pay any bill together with you. Example: you are walking through a shopping centre and suddenly you remember a bill that still has to be paid. And because you know you can pay in the shopping centre, you do so. Even just the fact that you are passing the “desk” makes you think of a bill that you cannot forget, even though you don’t have it on you.
