Manage traffic lights to give priority to public transport and bicycles

Traffic lights should be interconnected and connected to the transport network and give priority to buses and trams. Where there is no aboveground public transport, priority should be given to bicycles. Where there is no aboveground public transport and bicycles are not used, encourage private vehicles to travel at constant speeds to limit acceleration and braking by thermal vehicles, which generate pollution and fine particulates. Also, increase the number of connections between the various aboveground transport lines.
