The amount of users and functions of IRISbox, the online municipal counter of the Brussels-Capital Region developed and managed by the BRIC, has been expanding for years thanks to constant improvements to the platform, which aim to make the citizens’ lives a just that little bit easier!
In numbers
The proof is in the pudding – or better, the numbers, which are impressive! In 2019…
- 287,127 requests were processed – a 78% increase in comparison with 2018;
- 38,701 new users found their way to the platform;
- 47 new forms were added for a total of 347
- 1368 school enrolments were registered in IRISbox.
Citizens who are able to do this type of administration online, save a great amount of time and energy, as they no longer have to wait in line at their town hall. Therefore, it is no wonder that more and more Brussels habitants find their way to the digital services of the reason and us them whenever and wherever they can!
