The Brulingua app, an initiative of Actiris, offers free online language classes to all residents of Brussels over the age of 18. There are 4 languages to choose from: French, English, German, and Dutch, each with 3 levels: beginner (A1), intermediate (A2/B1) and advanced (B2/C1).
The app is available for Android and Apple.
Just follow these steps:

- Set your objectives.
- Assess your level.
- Follow tailor-made courses.
