TaxiBus, the STIB's transport service for the disabled, now offers you the chance to book your service online via a dedicated website. It's already a hit!
Because "Brussels is also us" are not empty words for the STIB, the company is doing its utmost to ensure mobility for the greatest number. That is why TaxiBus was created, a service designed to provide transport for the disabled. It is an on-demand "door-to-door" service. The TaxiBus service is ensured Monday to Friday from 5 am to 1 am.

Before, passengers wishing to use the TaxiBus service had to book by telephone (02/515.23.65) during Customer Care opening hours (Monday to Friday from 7 am to 7 pm as well as on Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm). Now, it is possible to book your TaxiBus journey on the dedicated website:
www.taxibus.be, also accessible via smartphone and tablet. Booking the service online offers many advantages for users:
- the opportunity to make your booking 24/7
- fewer errors than when booking over the telephone: the passenger is able to see his reservations, can modify them at any time, has access to his journey history and the list of future journeys, which offers a third person (family, social worker) the opportunity to manage a disabled person's booking whenever he wants
- free service A few days after the launch, the number of online bookings almost reached 30%.
