Training and supporting frontline public servants in e-government is the objective of challenge 5 of the Easy Way, led by easy.brussels.
Regional and local government officials will now be able to acquire knowledge around 3 themes, available via the training catalogs of the Regional School of Public Administration (ERAP) and Talent.brussels:
- the virtual counters of public administrations ;
- authentication methods at the virtual counters of public administrations;
- the accompaniment of users facing the digital divide, based on practical cases.
